CampaignOS is an AI-native campaign management platform operated by Truvo Digital LLC (“CampaignOS”, “we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the CampaignOS website, dashboard, and SMS messaging program.

Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email, role, and organization you provide when you sign up or are invited to a CampaignOS workspace.
  • Campaign data — contacts, donations, events, volunteer activity, and communications records that you or your organization upload, generate, or sync into the platform.
  • SMS subscriber data — mobile phone number, opt-in source, opt-in timestamp, message content, and delivery status for subscribers who consent to receive text messages from a campaign using CampaignOS.
  • Usage data — device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and click events, used to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

  • To operate, secure, and improve the CampaignOS platform.
  • To send SMS messages on behalf of the political committee or organization you opted in to (fundraising, GOTV reminders, event invites, volunteer recruitment, supporter updates).
  • To respond to support requests and platform notifications.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including campaign finance and telecommunications regulations.

SMS messaging program

Subscribers opt in to receive SMS messages from a specific campaign or organization through one or more of: a checkbox on a committee-hosted web form, a signed paper pledge or volunteer card, a verbal opt-in captured during a phonebank, or by texting a keyword (e.g. JOIN) to a published number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase, donation, or volunteering.

Subscribers can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@gettruvo.com.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for promotional or marketing purposes.

How we share information

  • Service providers — we share data with infrastructure and messaging providers (e.g., hosting, database, email, SMS carriers) only as needed to deliver the service. These providers are bound by contract to use data only on our instructions.
  • Your organization — campaign data you upload is accessible to other authorized members of your CampaignOS workspace.
  • Legal — we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention

We retain campaign data for as long as your organization maintains an active CampaignOS account, plus a reasonable period to meet legal, compliance, and audit obligations. SMS opt-in records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus the period required by carrier and regulatory rules.

Your choices

  • SMS — reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
  • Account — you can update or close your account from the dashboard, or by contacting support@gettruvo.com.
  • State privacy rights — depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage strong, unique passwords for your account.

Children

CampaignOS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email.
